I had work done by Greg and his crew and I am so impressed with the results. Greg explained what needed to be done and he made sure that I understood what needed to be done for the upkeep. He showed me exactly what to do and how to do it, no question was a stupid question. I really do appreciate his professionalism and all his hard work. I got compliments from my family and would recommend Greg if you need some concrete work done. Little or big !
Areas leading concrete raising & mud jacking choice
My driveway was lifted in the summer of 2015 - less than a year ago. I noticed it shifting around June 2016. When I spoke to the company about this they blamed my lack of landscape fixes and sealing. They did not stress to me how quickly this needed to be done - I am working on it. If it needed to be done immediately this should have been stressed. Greg said he would not fix it without charging more. Again, It has been less than one year since the job was done. I would not recommend this company.
the review that was written by Pat Schachtner is very untrue -- it is printed in BLACK AND WHITE at bottom of every proposal and bill that says " TO THE CUSTOMER --- seal any open cracks between concrete so water CANNOT get under concrete..." lol pretty easy to understand --- and if she didnt understand -- ( WHY DIDNT SHE ASK THE QUESTIONS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE -- NOT A YEAR LATER ---- WOW--- i talked to her and told her that! said i would redo for 150 dollars to make her happy---- and that she would need to follow the preventative maintanence that is printed VERY CLEARLY ON SHEET.. ... seems to me that she is looking to blame us... for something she should have done to prevent this from becoming a problem...READ THE BOTTOM OF THE PROPOSAL/BILL......i think its terrible that she has to try to make any one look bad WHEN IT WASNT THE COMPANIES FAULT -- failure to prevent water from going under the concrete is why it sunk AGAIN ! funny thing is -- " i would still fix it if needed -- lol-- easier to just blame someone else i guess- she also said i blamed her lack of landscaping and sealing ----NO I DIDNT -- lol -- i told her she FAILED to do what was written in HUGE BLACK AND WHITE letters -- ((( have gotten much feed back already -- and thanks everyone for all the support )))
